When will I receive my order? - We process orders immediately upon payment. It takes approximately 3-7 business days to fulfill orders to be shipped. Once orders are fulfilled they are shipped via DHL, 4PX and USPS and can be expected anywhere from 5-14 business days. You will receive tracking information by email when your item ships. Multiple items in your order may have multiple tracking emails for you to track status. When ordering more than one item, you can expect to receive multiple packages as we manufacture our products in several facilities across the globe. Please allow extra time during the holidays and note that all shipping services are still not fully restored due to Covid19.
How do I track my order? - You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Follow the link to see the status of your package. You can also find the "Track My Order" tab at the bottom of our Home Page.
I did not receive my package. What should I do?
Please take the following steps before contacting our customer support:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Ask neighbors is the courier left the package with them.
- If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in locating your package.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order however, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We are not responsible for errors in address when placing your order.
